E-Commerce means Electronic Commerce, i.e. selling goods or services or both in Internet. You can have a virtual shop but not a real one : the advantage is to avoid to pay rent fees...and you are physically somewhere on the Earth! But, be careful of the law of each country where you want to sell things!
